    Holnicote Lower House is a beautiful part-thatched, part-tiled detached cottage packed with original features. The large, five-bedroom cottage boasts latticed windows, log burning stove, a rear and front garden and even a private stream. With enough room for 10 people and three dogs, Holnicote Lower House is perfect for large families or groups wanting to explore Exmoor and the North Somerset coast; or if the weather is against you, the adjoining games room contains a full size table tennis table and other games.

    Wake up bright and early and enjoy an alfresco breakfast before heading out for a walk along Bossington Beach just a mile or so from the cottage. Or head inland to the Holnicote estate for walks through the rugged moorlands of Exmoor.

    The cottage is just a seven mile drive from Dunster Castle. Visit our stunning mansion on the fringes of Exmoor and explore the house and grounds before heading into the village for some refreshments.
