Holnicote Lower House is a beautiful part-thatched, part-tiled detached cottage packed with original features. The large five bedroom cottage boasts latticed windows, log burning stove, a rear and front garden and even a private stream. With enough room for 10 people and three dogs, Holnicote Lower House is perfect for large families or groups wanting to explore Exmoor and the North Somerset coast; or if the weather is against you, the adjoining games room contains a full size table tennis table and other games.
Wake up bright and early and enjoy an alfresco breakfast before heading out for a walk along Bossington Beach just a mile or so from the cottage. Or head inland to the Holnicote estate for walks through the rugged moorlands of Exmoor.
The cottage is just a seven mile drive from Dunster Castle. Visit our stunning mansion on the fringes of Exmoor and explore the house and grounds before heading into the village for some refreshments.

Porch, entrance hall leading to dining area, sitting room with multi-fuel stove, kitchen, snug, utility room and bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. Games room complete with a full size table tennis table and other games.
First floor layout
Two staircases lead to five bedrooms (1 double with 5' bed and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, 1 small double, 1 double with 6' double which can also be a twin on request, 2 twins) and bathroom with shower over a ¾ size bath.
