Weighbridge Second-hand bookshop pop-ups and seasonal displays

Discover a range of pop-ups and seasonal displays at the Weighbridge Second-hand bookshop running throughout autumn and winter.

Whether you're an avid reader, a book collector or simply looking for your next great read, you'll find plenty to discover. Visit the second-hand bookshop at Cliveden to support independent bookselling, explore unique literary treasures and enjoy the timeless pleasure of finding the perfect book.

Autumn / winter pop-ups and seasonal displays:

From Thursday 1 October 2026 (10:00 – 17:00) – National Poetry Day (music/opera themed pop-up).

Saturday 31 October 2026 (10:00 – 16:00) – Halloween themed book display.

From Wednesday 11 November (10:00 – 16:00) – Remembrance Day (history and military history themed pop-up).

From mid-November onwards (10:00 – 16:00) – Christmas themed pop-up.

Tuesday 1 December (10:00 – 16:00) – Advent (biographies / autobiographies) book display.

From Wednesday 16 December (10:00 – 16:00) – Jane Austin Day themed pop-up.

High valued books will be in the cabinets, please ask a bookshop volunteer or head to the Information Centre for assistance.

Garden tours at Cliveden 

Step into the quieter corners of the gardens on a relaxed, gardener led tour running throughout the season from 2 April – 24 September, every Thursday at 2pm. Please note: The garden tour on Thursday 13 August will be at 10:30am.
