Hatchlands Park welcomes pre-booked groups. Find out everything you need to know about your bringing your group to Hatchlands Park.

Admission

We offer a discounted group rate of £10.45 per person for groups of more than 15 people. Admission is free of charge for Natinal Trust members. The house is open to visitors every day except Saturdays, 12pm until 4pm, from April until October.

What can I see?

Inside the hosue you can see the Cobbe Collection of paintings, fine furniture and Europe’s largest collection of composer-related keyboard instruments, as well as beautiful Robert Adam interiors. Outside, there are 430 acres of parkland to enjoy, partly landscaped by Humphry Repton.

Refreshments

Seating in the café is limited and tables cannot be reserved in advance. For café enquiries, please contact our Food and Beverage Manager on tel 01483 226167. There are picnic tables and benches in the grounds to enjoy refreshments outdoors in good weather.

Free familiarisation visits for group leaders

If you're planning a group visit you can request our free Travel Trade Pass and you and a friend or colleague will gain free entry to over 300 of our places throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland for 12 months. Who is eligible for free entry?

Registered tourist board guides (on production of a valid badge), coach drivers and tour leaders escorting groups of 15 or more. National Trust members also receive free entry, so it is at your discretion whether to refund the entrance fee to members if you have included it in your package – this is not refunded by the National Trust.

Members must bring their current membership cards with them to avoid paying the full group rate. If any of your group would like to join the National Trust please direct them to our Membership page or call 0344 800 1895.

How to book

Please call the Business Services team on 01483 222482 or email hatchlands@nationaltrust.org.uk to check that your preferred date is available. Once you’ve spoken to us and settled on a date, we will send you a booking form either via email or post for you to complete and return to us. Please contact us a short time before your visit to confirm your final number of visitors.
