Enjoy a festive afternoon tea in our beautifully decorated marquee, Monday to Friday from 1–11 December. Indulge in a selection sandwiches and freshly baked treats, accompanied by tea/coffee and a warming glass of mulled wine. Booking is essential.

Step into the magic of the Christmas season and enjoy a Festive Afternoon Tea in our beautifully decorated marquee, available Monday to Friday from 1–11 December.
Indulge in a delicious selection of festive favourites, including three finger sandwiches, two freshly baked treats, a delicious slice of cake, a mince pie scone and a classic fruit scone, all served with your choice of tea or freshly brewed filter coffee. To add an extra touch of Christmas cheer, enjoy a warming glass of mulled wine alongside your afternoon tea.
With the House beautifully decorated for Christmas, it’s the perfect opportunity to add a little Christmas sparkle to your visit. Take time to soak up the festive atmosphere, enjoy a leisurely afternoon tea and then wrap up warm and finish your visit with a lovely winter walk through the grounds.
Whether you’re catching up with friends, spending time with loved ones or simply treating yourself, make your visit a festive occasion to remember.
Limited availability and booking is essential. Children are welcome - the menu is the same for adults and children. Petworth House and garden opens at 10.00 and closes at 17.00. Last Entry to the House is 16.00.
