Something for all appetites at Plas Newydd

The Old Dairy Café

The Old Dairy Café has opened with a new look and is ready to welcome visitors for refreshments.

Located next to the Visitor Centre, the Old Dairy Café is a perfect place to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. Serving a wide selection of lunch options and lighter bites, as well as delicious cakes and bakes, all baked in-house.

Dog-friendly café

The Old Dairy Café is also dog-friendly, so there’s no need to sit outside in the cold or rain with your four-legged family member. We do just ask you that you keep all furry friends on a short lead and under control. Dog bowls are available just outside in the courtyard area for a quick pit-stop.

The Sunroom Kiosk

With some benches looking out and towards the Menai Strait and the mountains of Snowdonia, it’s a great spot for a hot drink or for the children to enjoy a snack.

Allergen information

Most of the food and drink served is prepared on site in our kitchen, using a wide range of ingredients. As a result, we can’t guarantee that any of our food and drink products are completely allergen free.

If you have an allergy or intolerance and would like ingredient information about the food and drink served, please ask the staff, who will be happy to help.

Always check when you visit

Visited before? We sometimes change our recipes to improve quality and flavour, including the ingredients. When you visit, please speak to one of our team to check the current allergen information for your favourite dish.
