Take part in a vinyasa flow yoga class at Croome where through guided movement and breathwork, you’ll learn to settle your mind, move with intention, and become fully present in the moment.
The 60-minute classes are designed to help you build strength and flexibility at a steady pace, making it suitable for complete beginners as well as those with more experience. Alternative poses and movements are offered throughout the class so you can choose variations that feel right for your body.
Please bring a yoga mat with you. A limited number of spares will be available on the day.
Classes will be taking place in the Long Gallery in the house. The house is a 15–20-minute walk from the car park. Please consider this when planning your journey so you can arrive at the house by 10am.
£12 per session. Normal admission to Croome applies.
