Join us for a free festive guided walk and discover the stories of holly, yew and mistletoe. As we explore the estate, you’ll learn about their traditional uses and the rich folklore that has surrounded them through the winters for generations.
The walks are from 1.5 - 3 miles and might be on stoned paths, or through fields. All with the support of our friendly, experienced walking volunteers
Dogs on leads welcome. This event is free.

The basics

- Meeting point
On arrival head to the Welcome Centre and inform them you are here for a well-being walk. The meeting point is outside the tea-room, where our walking volunteers will be to greet you.
- What to bring and wear
Sensible footwear, warm clothes and waterproofs. Dress for the weather.
- Accessibility
Ground will be uneven and over hilly terrain.

Any member with a valid membership card or visitor who pays full entry is welcome to bring a friend for free between 1 - 14 December (please check the website for opening hours/days).

Discover Arlington after dark, when the Christmas magic comes to life. Pick up a tasty festive treat from the tea-room or toast a marshmallow on the fire, take part in family crafts or explore the Nutcracker display in the house.
