Whether you’re visiting by water or land, there’s plenty to explore along the River Wey and at Dapdune Wharf. From family activities and boat trips to simply enjoying a drink in the tearoom overlooking the water, find out more and plan your visit here.
Experience the River Wey by water and discover the history of the Wey Navigations on a boat trip from Dapdune Wharf. You can book the whole boat (£75), or individual tickets. Tickets cost £9.50 per adult, £5.50 per child (1-16 years old). Children under 1 year old and carers are free.
Why not join a free guided walk and discover more about local wildlife and history. With a variety of monthly walks both on and off the Wey, there are plenty to choose from.

With events and activities on the island, a play area in the tearoom garden and buggy friendly routes, Dapdune Wharf is a wonderful green place to discover in the heart of Guildford.
Fishing is not permitted at Dapdune Wharf. Along the tow path, the Navigations fishing rights have been leased to the clubs shown below. Please contact the appropriate club for further information and to apply for a day ticket.

Plesase not that a full Environment Agency rod licence is required for adults aged 17 years upwards and a junior licence for those aged 12 to 16 years. An adult accompanying either a child or junior will require a full licence.
Fishing is only permitted in daylight hours during the fishing season i.e. 16 June to 14 March.
