Pumpkin hunt

Saturday 24 October - Sunday 01 November, 10am-4pm

Can you find all the pumpkins hidden in our garden? Everybody knows that, at Halloween, pumpkins like to hide in gardens and our garden at Hatchlands is no different. Tucked under trees, lounging on the lawn and hidden next to hedges, will you be able to find all eight of our orange orbs?

Once you’ve discovered their hiding places, you can use the words written on the back of each numbered pumpkin and put them all together to complete a spooky sentence. You can begin your hunt as soon as you arrive in the garden.

Help create an autumnal masterpiece

Saturday 24 October - Sunday 15 November, 10am-4pm

Once you’ve finished taking photos of the house and discovered all our hidden pumpkins, it’s probably time to head out on a walk through the park. Lots of our visitors like to pick up nature’s fallen gifts on their woodland wanders and now you can add your scavenged items to the autumn wall in our cobbled courtyard.

Help us to create a seasonal masterpiece by bringing your brightest coloured leaves, spikiest conker cases or the most gnarled sticks back from your walk and then artfully arranging them to create an autumnal tapestry. What kind of picture can we all make together?
