Halloween half-term 

This autumn, we're building up to the spookiest, scariest day of the year with a Halloween half-term full of ghoulish goings on and pumpkins that go bump in the night. Join us for 3 different Halloween themed activities over the course of the half-term holiday, plus all of your usual favourites.

Our natural adventure area for children is brand new and refurbished for autumn 2018. You can still get to grips with hand-crafted willow tunnels, domes, balance beams and sculptures and a totem pole, but we've added a brilliant new bug burrow for you to enjoy. There are even picnic benches for tired parents to take a break.

Geocaching 

It's the newest activity on our 50 things list but you don’t have to be under 11¾ to take part. Great outdoor fun for the whole family, discover the world's largest treasure hunt and get started on a new adventure.

Wizard Wix’s Willow Warren, our natural adventure area, has proved hugely popular with children and parents. Now you can visit and get even closer to nature with our tree house.

50 things to do before you’re 11 ¾ at Hatchlands Park 

Our list of 50 things will set you on your way to great outdoor adventures. You can complete 19 of the 50 activities here. Build a den in our adventure area, fly your kite on a windy day or find a huge hollow tree to explore in, the whole park is your playground.

Dress like a Georgian 

At Hatchlands we’ve taken the dressing up box a step further. Whenever our house is open, you can find specially designed, hand-made Georgian costumes for children to enjoy. Choose a role as the Gentleman, Lady, the Footman or Maid and get in touch with the fashions from the period our house was built.
