October Adventures at Dunstable Downs: Knight's Quest 

The king of Dunstable Downs needs your help. Can you take on the quest? A dragon has escaped from the dungeon and has taken the castle's jewels with him. Before you set out, you'll need create your own sword to protect you on your way as you search for the dragon in his lair. Come and have a go, if you're brave enough!

Get ready for a fang-tastic Halloween evening at Dunstable Downs. There's spooky fun for the whole family with a dragon's trail, dragon crafts, spooky stories and treats (and tricks) to sink your fangs into from the cafe.

Celebrate autumn with hands-on family fun and nature-inspired activities in Paycocke’s Garden this half term where the beautiful garden and writers’ shelter is the perfect spot to play, discover, and take in the crisp autumn air. Get creative with mindful colouring, help craft a vibrant string of leaf bunting or have a go at the classic countryside challenge, welly wanging!

If half-term can all feel a bit too much, why not join a nature-based wellness workshop at Hatfield Forest? Aimed at children aged 4-7 the workshop is based around yoga, fun breathing exercises, meditation, stories, scavenger hunts, crafts and sensory play all to help with mindfulness and emotional regulation.
