Spooky Halloween Trail - The Curse of Chute Wood
This October half term, step into a world of Halloween magic at Dunstable Downs and help break The Curse of Chute Wood.

Pick up your trail sheet and create your own magical spell book before setting off on a spooky adventure through the Downs and into Chute Wood.
Along the way, you'll meet a cast of Halloween characters including Sergeant Skull, a giant spider, Luna the Black Cat, the Woodland Witch and many more. There'll be pumpkin tossing challenges, following hidden clues left by Dunstable's friendly ghost, broomstick races, and potion mixing to create an 'anti-curse' at our ancient cauldron.
Perfect for families, this outdoor adventure is a great way to enjoy the autumn countryside, get outdoors, and make magical half-term memories.

The visitor centre, courtyard and trail is step free. The trail is based along our multi-user car park and is suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
- Meeting point
Meet at the visitor hub in the courtyard to collect your trail sheet and find your way to the first spooky station.

The event is aimed at children and families.
- What to bring and wear
The trail is all outdoors, so come dressed for the weather and bring your imagination and sense of fun and adventure.
