Come out to play this summer at Morden Hall Park

A family playing cricket

Get the whole family involved in active play over the summer holidays. We have yoga for kids and loads of free games to try, including volleyball, cricket, croquet, archery and lawn games.

We've got sport for grown-ups too, so come along and join in with our Trust10 Trail Run, yoga in the rose garden, weekly running group and more. Charges apply for some of these activities, so check links below for booking information.

Try our free games

Pick up a choice of lawn and ball games at the Rose Garden Kiosk this summer holiday Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays between 10am and 4pm and get stuck in. You can try your hand at volleyball, cricket, croquet, quoits, archery and mini-table tennis.

Yoga for children

Introducing children to yoga at a young age can help them build the foundation for a healthy and fit future. These classes are specially designed with children in mind, and are based around simple poses and a lot of fun.

Recharge with yoga among the roses

What better place to practise yoga than our beautiful rose garden? Everything is provided for you and all levels are catered for, so whether you are a beginner or a skilled yogi, you can relax in the capable hands of our experienced yoga teacher. Booking advisable.

Challenge yourself with our trail run

Just starting out? Then this one is for you. The full distance is 10km, and you can build up to running the whole distance a little at a time. There's always next month for you to try again and it's free to enter. Already a runner? Why not make a regular date with our monthly trail run and see how much you can improve on your personal best.

Make training fun

If you need that little extra incentive to get out there and run, this weekly running group could give you what you're after. You can train at your own level, while enjoying the company of fellow runners. Long warm up, drills and then blast off!
