Easter fun at Nymans

Family walking through spring garden

The garden and woods are great for some nature inspired exploring, as the trees, plants and wildlife come to life. We have a trail and activities with something to keep everyone entertained this Easter including our Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt.

Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt

Seek out the golden letters hidden in the garden to reveal the nature spells of Nymans.

Poems throughout the garden will highlight signs of spring. Gather words from the poems you find and hunt for the golden letters to include in your own piece of nature writing.

Share your favourite nature word with us in our spell book and, when you’ve found lots of letters, head to the finish to claim your Cadbury chocolate prize.

Our trail has a spring and nature theme and with no set route you can spend as long, or as little, time as you wish hunting for the letters.

Sat 6 Apr - Mon 22 Apr, 10.30am - 4pm. £3 per hunt, normal admission applies

Nymans needs you

Over the coming years we hope to raise £100,000 to undertake further repairs and create a new garden in the ruined Great Hall. But we need your help to do it.
