Important notice

Hoar Oak Bridge will be closed from Mon 18 May to Sun 24 May for essential maintenance work (see below for alternative route). The bridleway from the Coombe Park car park to Watersmeet is also currently inaccessible due to path erosion.

Planning your visit

Footbridge closure - Monday 18 May to Sunday 24 May

Hoar Oak Bridge at Watersmeet will be closed from Monday 18 May to Sunday 24 May while scaffolding is installed for essential maintenance work. Please check the map for alternative routes during this period. Additional bridge works are planned from 8 June. We’ll share further updates on closures and diversions closer to the time. Thank you for your understanding.
