A barn conversion in the Norfolk countryside with an enclosed garden on the outskirts of the Blickling Estate.
Stay in an atmospheric barn conversion set amongst water meadows and unspoilt Norfolk countryside. At the heart of the three-bedroom accommodation is a large sitting room with a double height beamed ceiling and electric wood effect stove. On warmer days you’ll be able to sit out in its enclosed garden where you may even catch of a glimpse of the deer and hares that roam the surrounding meadows.
You’ll be on the outskirts of the Blickling Estate, which you’re invited to explore free of charge. A 30-minute walk will lead you to its grand Jacobean hall, walled gardens and sweeping parklands. Bring your bike as there are lots of cycling trails around the estate.
The sandy beaches and cliff top paths of the Norfolk coast are within 20 minute drive. Blakeney National Nature Reserve is 20 miles away. The four-mile spit offers the unique opportunity to spot rare wildlife, such as grey seals and tern colonies.

Parking: Is in the courtyard area.

Access: The cottage is single storey but there are two steps up from the dining room to the living room.
The bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor but the cottage may not be suitable for wheelchair users.
Storage: Cycles can be stored within the courtyard.
Offers: Guests will benefit from a late Sunday checkout of 12pm at this cottage.
