With ranges including garden, home, walking and fashion accessories, as well as a great selection of books, there’s something to appeal to all tastes and interests.

The shop at Kedleston is open throughout the year and every purchase you make goes directly towards looking after Kedleston. You'll find the shop located inside the hall on the ground floor, with easy access from the garden or restaurant. Follow the signs or just ask a member of the team if you need directions.

Seasonal and local produce

Seasonal ranges include gifts, food and drink, plants and greetings cards. We are proud to support local producers by stocking a range of locally made items including jewellery, beer and ale, chocolates and art.

Plant Sales

Our seasonal plant range includes wildlife friendly and sensory favourites as well as a few more unusual plants that you may like to grow in your own garden. With regular new stock, if you're keen on gardening do pop in and see what new plants we have on sale. Every plant sale goes directly towards caring for Kedleston.

You can buy a Kedleston orienteering map for £1.50 and go on an adventure in the parkland. A popular year round activity for visitors of all ages, you can choose from a 1.5 mile route or a 3 mile version.  

Books for all

The shop stocks an extensive range of local interest books, childrens' books and the popular range of National Trust books. This is in addition to the secondhand bookshop (located inside the hall).

Exploring Derbyshire

We stock local OS maps, walking guides and local history books throughout the year, ideal for exploring more of Derbyshire, whatever the season.

Dogs welcome

Well behaved are welcome inside the shop on a lead. Please note, if visiting with a dog you need to access the shop via the shop entrance near the church and garden.
