Have lots of festive fun at Lyme
Christmas is upon us and whilst things are a little different this year, we are glad to welcome you to Lyme. Whether you are coming to see a selection of beautifully decorated rooms in the house, to take part in the Peter Rabbit adventure trail or to head out for a wintry walk, we hope to share a little festive cheer.
A Country House Christmas
Friday-Tuesday, 4 December - 5 January (closed Christmas Day. Boxing Day and New Year's Day TBC)
10.30am - 3.30pm (last entry 3pm)
Start your Christmas celebrations at Lyme and see a selection of rooms beautifully transformed. Each room will take inspiration from how Christmas has been celebrated through the ages at National Trust properties across the North West.
Imagine yourself seated at the table of a Tudor feast in the Drawing Room, inspired by Little Moreton Hall or an elegant Georgian Christmas dinner as would have been celebrated at Dunham Massey.
While this year we won't have the usual choirs or entertainment, we hope we can still bring Christmases past to life.
Booking is essential for your visit to Lyme. Tickets cover entry to the estate, house and garden. There is no additional charge for the Christmas event. No entry to the house and garden without a pre-booked ticket.
Tickets are free for NT members, £8 for adults and £4 for children. Under 5s free.
