A fun-filled May half-term
Join us at Arlington for some fun family activities this May half-term including ranger days, drop-in crafts, garden activities and a new trail.
What's on in May 2018?
Meet the Chichesters trail (NEW for 2018)
Sat 26 May - Sun 3 June, 10.30am-4pm
Pick up a trail and explore the grounds to find out more about the Chichester men who built and lived at Arlington Court. £1 per trail, includes prize.
Rag rug workshop - Please note this is no longer running
Mon 28 May, 11am-3pm
Deborah will be back with us on 11 & 18 August for more rag rugging workshops.
Family ranger day - Pond dipping
Mon 28, 11am-3pm
A chance to get outdoors, maybe get mucky and have a fun day with the rangers. Learn about the work they do, get involved and pick up some new skills. Donations welcome.
Wed 30 May's event will be with the outdoor team in the garden - Arlington family bee day.
Drop-in family crafts
Tue 29 May & Thu 31 May, 12noon-4pm
Have some fun with all the family and have a go at creating something crafty to take home. Bring your imagination and we'll provide the materials. Donations welcome.
Arlington family bee day
Wed 30 May, 1.30-3pm
Join National Trust gardeners and bee experts at Arlington Court this half term to find out more about native bees, make a mini bee skep, and get some top tips for making your garden into a haven for wildlife - whether it's a window box or a wild patch of grass, we can all give a boost to our bees.
Fri 1 June, 12-3pm
Join us for some fundraising colouring in fun and kite making as we raise money to conserve the precious silk hangings in the Boudoir here at Arlington Court. Other goodies available for donations, raffle tickets on sale.
All events are free unless otherwise stated; normal admission prices apply or become a National Trust member and gain free admission to Arlington and other National Trust properties.
