A summer of watersports
Kayaking and paddleboarding are both great ways to get active and experience the Purbeck Coast.
Studland Bay is sheltered from the prevailing winds with gently shelving sandy beaches so it’s ideal for beginners, while Old Harry is a magnet for waterborne explorers.
This summer we have a range of experiences on offer for anyone who wants to dip a toe into watersports, many of them including a meal in the café at Knoll Beach.
Early morning kayak forays are followed by a full English breakfast, or you can work up an appetite for fish and chips with an evening paddleboard session.
One off adventures include a Kayak Safari with an instructor and a National Trust ranger and a Midsummer voyage to Old Harry.
You can even take yoga to a whole new level by combining it with paddleboarding.
