Wellbeing Walks at Packwood
Join us for a relaxing natural mindfulness well-being walk with an experienced and qualified guide in the beautiful grounds and gardens of Packwood House, finishing off with a hot drink and cake in the Garden Kitchen Cafe.

During each walk our guide will invite you to participate in some natural mindfulness techniques, to help you quieten your mind, drop in to your body, awaken your senses and become fully present with nature.
Together you will explore and experience the health benefits of slowing down and connecting more deeply with nature, to reduce stress, relieve anxiety and bring a greater sense of calm, clarity and inner peace.
