Join one of our garden stewards for a guided walk of the garden and woodland, taking in all that Oxburgh has to offer this winter season. Look out for waves of tiny snowdrops hidden beneath the trees.

Please be aware that the weather conditions may impact on the number of snowdrops. We'll let you know when the snowdrops are at their best, check out Oxburgh's social media accounts for all the latest updates.

What is Gift Aid?

Most of our places run the Gift Aid on Entry scheme at their admission points.

Under this scheme, if you're not a member you have the choice of two entry tickets:

  • Gift Aid Admission
  • Standard Admission

If the place runs Gift Aid on Entry, we'll offer you a clear choice between the Gift Aid Admission prices and the Standard Admission prices at the admission point. It's entirely up to you which ticket you choose.

Gift Aid Admission includes a 10 per cent or more voluntary donation. Gift Aid Admissions let us reclaim tax on the whole amount paid - an extra 25 per cent - potentially a very significant boost to our places' funds.

An extra £1 paid under the scheme can be worth over £3 to the National Trust as shown below:

Major conservation works are happening at Oxburgh and it may look different due to scaffolding and construction works. *House access Feb 15 - Nov 1: free flow 11am - 3.45pm, last entry 3.15pm. Tours only between 3.45pm - 5pm. **House access Nov 2 - Dec 3 through tours only 11am - 4pm Fri-Mon.

Please make sure you dress for the weather conditions. It can get muddy out in the woodland.

No need to book, just turn up on the day. Each walk will take around 40 minutes but can be extended if the group desires. Walks are free for all, normal admission applies for non-members.
