River Yealm Ferry

The nearest pick up and drop off point to Noss Mayo on the east side of the River Yealm is Wide Slip. However, there is also another drop off and pick up location on the other side of Newton Creek, called Yealm Steps, near Newton Ferrers.

The ferry is around an hours walk from Wembury along the South West Coast Path and the boarding and drop off on the Wembury side is Warren Point. Wembury offers some of the best rockpooling in the country, alongside watersports and a café overlooking the beach.
