About Cider Cottage

Stay on the 700-year-old estate of Buckland Abbey in this two-bedroom cottage. It’s tucked away in its own flower-rich garden just off the main visitor route. You’ll be able to walk around the grounds of the estate as you please, before returning to this peaceful hideaway.

Inside hosts a bright and modern space with room for four people and one dog. Pick up a dog walking guide from the Visitor Welcome area and follow routes through woodland and along the river Tavy.

Further afield, discover Britain’s naval heritage in Plymouth and explore the nearby market town of Tavistock, the perfect place to sample some delicious Devon produce. You’ll also be on the fringes of Dartmoor and less than an hours’ drive to the Devonshire coastline.
