What is the trail about?

Tick off your shopping list as you find all the items, but can you find the special Buckland twist eggs?

There are a few special eggs which are some of the weird and wonderful plants that people once thought existed such as the 'Lambs tree'.

Once you have found all the eggs, you can claim your special chocolaty reward from Egg HQ in the Ox Yard.

Make your promise to nature

Spring is a great time of year to see nature starting to wake up around the whole of Buckland Abbey.

This year marks the 125th anniversary year of the National Trust. We’ll be asking people to Leap for Nature this leap year, when we will be inviting staff, volunteers, supporters and the visitors to make a promise to help.

Our Easter trail boards have been printed on wood making them recyclable and the inks used are eco and marine life friendly.
