Perfect for beginners, join us in the Morning Room in the house for yoga this year. No prior knowledge required.

A mindful, slow, and explorative class, to help you find balance and ease within the body. We will be focusing on connecting the breath to movement, through alignment based Hatha postures, some pranayama and relaxation. You will leave feeling calm, refreshed and ready to take on the day.
