National Moth Night
Brought to you by the Butterfly Conservation and the National Trust, join in for a night of moth sighting at the iconic Bowder Stone.
- Booking essential
- Free event
As part of their Moth Night celebrations, the butterfly conservation along with the National Trust are organizing an evening of moth sightings in Borrowdale where there is plenty of ideal habitat but few moth records to date.
There are more than 2500 species of moth in the UK and as important yet often forgotten pollinators, they need our protection.
Come and learn more about them as you enjoy an evening walking around the Bowder Stone.
