Come on a short guided walk to woodland near Saddlescombe where we'll make dens, and enjoy hot chocolate and marshmallows around the campfire.

Assistance dogs are welcome.
Meeting point
Please park opposite entrance to Saddlescombe Farm and then walk into the farm. Opposite the pond there will be a sign to the learning barn.
What to bring and wear
Please bring suitable outdoor clothing, gloves, and anything extra you would like to eat or drink
The walk will be uphill on the way there, reasonably flat where we'll make our camp

Fun for all the family. Come along to Devil's Dyke anytime between 11am and 3pm to collect your quiz sheet and map. Find the plastic eggs around the Dyke to solve the clues. All participants receive a Cadbury chocolate.

Easter Egg Rolling Competition

Bring your own hand decorated hard boiled egg and try your luck at this Easter custom - the egg that gets furthest down the Dyke valley wins. We will also judge the Best Decorated Egg.

The Big Walk - Celebrating 125 years of the National Trust

Join the big walk from Preston Park, Brighton to Devil’s Dyke. Rangers will bring the landscape alive through poetry, storytelling and wildlife encounters. This event is supported by Brighton and Hove City Council and Brighton and Hove Buses.
