  • Booking advisable

In England, our gardens, parks and countryside are open. The safety of our staff, volunteers and visitors from the nearby community remains our priority and we urge you to book your visits in advance and follow government guidance on travel.

To open safely, we’re limiting visitor numbers. To avoid disappointment, please book your visit in advance, especially at busier times such as weekends and bank holidays.

Please arrive within your 30-minute timeslot. You’re then welcome to stay until closing time.

Please have your membership cards ready to scan on arrival.

Open for your visit this week: Only the garden, estate walks, toilets and car park are included in this ticket. We are offering takeaway refreshments.

Currently closed: All other areas are closed due to government guidance.

Chartwell is a heritage garden please stick to the paths and do not pick the flowers.

Dogs are allowed on short leads in the garden and meadow on the house side of the lake. Dogs are allowed off the lead in the woods if they are under close control.
