Our artistic director Penelope Roskell (who is also pianist for the Roskell Trio, our artists-in-residence) will perform some of the most poetic works from the piano repertoire: Schubert’s last Sonata in B♭ major D. 960, Janáček’s intensely emotional In the Mists, and Chopin’s glorious Ballade No. 3 in A♭ major.
