Join us in commemorating the anniversary of the end of the First World War.

We will join the nationally organised tribute to the millions killed or wounded in the First World War by holding a commemorative event on 10th -11th November, marking 100 years since the end of the WWI. At 7pm on Sun 11 Nov a beacon will be lit on Ivinghoe Beacon, joining over 1000 other locations across the country in the WWI Beacons of Light commemoration to symbolise an end to the darkness of war and a return to the light of peace.
