It’s been proven that getting outdoors and breathing the fresh air can improve your mental and physical health. At Gibside you can join a guide for a short, gentle stroll around the grounds, perfect for getting back into exercise. It’s also a great opportunity to meet new people and have a chat. Afterwards, you can relax in the cafe with a cuppa.
