A workshop that connects you with nature, creativity and tuning into your overall wellbeing.

Join artist Nathalie Brilliant for a mindful walk through the park to find wild flowers, plants, piece of bark, or a stone that speaks to you, to later further explore it with all your senses, and then rendering in drawing, using a few different techniques to loosen the hand and inspire you! Following this, there will be space to share and discuss how you felt along the process.
