Juliet Sargeant is a garden designer known for gardens that create a connection with the Nature. She does this by drawing inspiration from the landscape and working, where she can, with artists and artisans.
Having first trained as a medical doctor, she has always advocated the importance of landscape and gardening to health.
Juliet has won several accolades during her 25-year career, including an RHS Gold Medal and People’s Choice Award for her conceptual ‘Modern Slavery Garden’.
She is regularly asked to speak, write and comment on garden and design and is well known to Radio 4 Gardeners Question Time listeners and BBC Gardeners World viewers.
‘I see garden-making as another art-form – the most interesting one, because with nature as your creative partner, there are always surprises!’
