Wood printing art workshop

Join artist printmaker Shona Branigan to create beautiful tree prints using fallen wood from the Fountains Abbey & Studley Royal estate.

  • Booking essential

If you love trees and making things with your hands you will love tree printing. This workshop will explore the technique of print making with 'print ready' pieces and rounds from hard and soft woods. The printing process involves pressing the paper onto the inked wood surface with a small hand held tool. Each tiny detail of the wood is then revealed. You'll use artist quality paper, rollers and inks for your artworks to take home.
