Join us this summer for a variety of activities in nature amongst the beautiful landscape of Llanerchaeron.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
We will be holding weekly three hour sessions for children aged 4-11, to engage with the surrounding environment in creative and exciting ways.
The sessions will be running from 10am – 1pm every Wednesday from the 20th July until the 24th August.
Each session will include something for the children to take home, which we have created earlier in the day.
The sessions are free for children to attend and booking is not required (please be aware that entry prices still apply).
Children can take part in the activity any time between 10am - 1pm. Parents, carers and guardians are welcome to relax on site and explore the grounds of the estate while the class is ongoing.

What is Gift Aid?
Most of our places run the Gift Aid on Entry scheme at their admission points.
Under this scheme, if you're not a member you have the choice of two entry tickets:
- Gift Aid Admission
- Standard Admission
If the place runs Gift Aid on Entry, we'll offer you a clear choice between the Gift Aid Admission prices and the Standard Admission prices at the admission point. It's entirely up to you which ticket you choose.
Gift Aid Admission includes a 10 per cent or more voluntary donation. Gift Aid Admissions let us reclaim tax on the whole amount paid - an extra 25 per cent - potentially a very significant boost to our places' funds.
An extra £1 paid under the scheme can be worth over £3 to the National Trust as shown below:
|Amount paid by visitor||£11.00||£10.00|
|Tax refund from Government*||£2.75||£0.00|
|Total received by the National Trust||£13.75||£10.00|

The house, gardens, farmyard, lake, second-hand bookshop & Conti’s cafe (outdoor seating and takeaway) are open from Wednesday to Sunday each week (Please note last entry is at 3:30pm). We have removed the booking system, there is no need to pre-book before visiting. We ask everyone to follow Welsh Government Regulations when visiting (face coverings are still required).
