Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components are moving and still postures designed to increase strength and flexibility, meditation techniques and breathing. The experienced and friendly tutor from Aspire Sussex will provide a gentle and restorative practice emphasising relaxation and stress relief as key healing principles

As well as being inspired and influenced by many Indian styles such as Hatha and Scaravelli, there will also be a mix of Chinese and Japanese yoga systems (Qigong and Ki Gong).

Please bring a yoga mat with you.

Yoga in the Park will run on Saturday 23rd and 30th July, 13th, 20th and 27th August and 3rd September. 11am – 1pm, £15 per session.
