Canal-side pub with on-site gin distillery
Arranged over two floors, The Distillery is complete with a bar, restaurant, courtyard, gin terrace and event space. Gin lovers can sample different gins, unusual spirits, local and international craft beers, along with bespoke cocktails and an extensive wine menu. Guests can feast on gourmet bar snacks, sharing platters and much more.

Following an extensive renovation process, the canal-side pub boasts its own micro gin
distillery based on-site, that will produce small batch “Roundhouse” gin from copper stills,
ready to enjoy on the exciting new gin terrace.
Later in the year, The Distillery will launch its own gin school, a first of its kind for
Birmingham, where students will be able to create their very own bespoke gin to take away
with them, using fresh botanicals and the signature Roundhouse gin.
The Distillery’s restaurant has a capacity of 200 covers, the menu is influenced by the Robata
Grill and is headed up by Executive Chef, Sergio Neale - dishes feature ingredients cooked
over English oak above an open flame. A private dining space can also be booked, seating up
to 45, which is perfect for corporate events or private parties.

The Distillery is the second pub by Mosaic Pub & Dining Group in Birmingham,
following the opening of The Button Factory in The Jewellery Quarter.
Situated in the canal district on Sheepcote Street, opposite the Barclaycard Arena,
Birmingham’s newest pub will open in April and will offer a fully stocked bar from
craft ale to cocktails to gin distilled on-site.
