Dedicate a donation

Red squirrel on Brownsea Island, Poole Harbour, Dorset

While it’s no longer possible to dedicate a donation to your favourite National Trust place, you can still use our interactive map to find and read past dedications.

We'd like to thank everyone who has dedicated a donation. Your support and generosity has helped us look after the places that so many people love.

FAQs

Will I still be able to see my dedication and share it with my loved ones?

Yes, all dedications made before 1 December 2020 will remain on the map for one year. You will have been sent a ‘personal link’ in your confirmation email following the review and approval of your dedication. While a private dedication will still appear on our map, the details will only be visible to you and anyone you send your personal link to.

Why has the National Trust closed this way of giving?

Due to changing priorities we have chosen to close this way of giving. You can make a dedication either in celebration or in memory of a loved one by dedicating a tree in their name. See below for more details.
