The North Sussex Centre of the National Trust was formed in 1978 and draws its membership from Horsham, Crawley and surrounding areas.

The Centre is run voluntarily by members and its aim is to enable members to enjoy a varied programme of activities and to meet other people with similar interests.   It also provides opportunities for members to support the National Trust through fund raising for local properties.

The North Sussex Centre organises a series of afternoon lectures at Wesley (formerly Methodist) Hall, London Road, Horsham during the autumn and winter months.

Outings and holidays have coach boarding points in Horsham and Crawley.

Other social and fund raising events and holidays are also arranged, including Christmas and Spring lunch events.

A Newsletter is sent to members three times a year.   This gives details of forthcoming activities and reports on events which have taken place.

The annual membership fee is £15.00 per member and includes entry to all lectures.   Visitors pay £5.00 per lecture.
