People's Postcode Lottery
Players of People’s Postcode Lottery have been supporting us for the past 10 years.
Players of People’s Postcode Lottery have been supporting our projects since 2013, raising £7,581,500 to date. We want to say a massive thank you to all players for supporting our mission to look after special places for everyone, for ever.
Thanks to players, our annual Festival of Blossom has grown to inspire millions of people across the country to take a Big Blooming Break – connecting with the sights, sounds and smells that blossom brings. To date, we’ve planted almost 350,000 Blossom trees and communities across the UK come together to celebrate the arrival of spring.
Thanks to the ongoing support from players of People's Postcode Lottery, we’re able to present Heritage Open Days each year – England's largest annual festival of history and culture.
Heritage Open Days connects communities and helps people discover the stories on their doorstep, from architectural wonders to cultural traditions like sea shanty singing. And thanks to players’ support, it’s completely free to access.
We're working to restore and improve some of the most incredible landscapes in our care, so people and nature can thrive. And with players’ support, there’ll be more opportunities for communities living near the Peak District, Yorkshire Dales and north Devon to get involved and make a big difference.
I am delighted that funding raised by players of People’s Postcode Lottery, and awarded to the National Trust, will continue to support Heritage Open Days, the Festival of Blossom as well as helping connect people with nature across the Peak District, Yorkshire Dales and north Devon in 2025.
