Salisbury and South Wiltshire Association

Visitors at Stourhead, Wiltshire, in September.

The Salisbury and South Wiltshire Association was established in 1972. Our objective is to make our members' involvement with the National Trust more enjoyable through a stimulating and interesting programme of events.

What we do

We aim to provide social opportunities for companionship and friendship whilst raising money for the National Trust. This programme is arranged for our members by our friendly volunteer committee.

Our varied calendar of events includes a series of lectures held at the Michael Herbert Hall in Wilton on the first Wednesday of the month between October and March.

We also organise short holidays by coach within the UK which are always most popular. Our active membership also enjoy outings throughout the year to houses, gardens, museums and galleries.

Membership is open to National Trust members and volunteers and costs £8 single, £12 for two members living at the same address.
