Woodford Green Centre

Visitors on an insect hunt at Wicken Fen National Nature Reserve, Cambridgeshire.

This Centre was founded in 1967 initially to support Enterprise Neptune, now renamed The Neptune Coastal Campaign.

We have a growing membership drawn from Epping, Theydon Bois, Woodford, Wanstead and Leytonstone. Recently, we have directed our support to Wicken Fen
We raise funds for various National Trust enterprises through days out in the summer, visits to London sites and talks during the winter, plus an annual holiday to places in the UK and abroad.
The trips and holidays provide an ideal opportunity to meet new people in a relaxed setting, at the various venues and at the hotels in the evenings.
You would be very welcome to join us. If you come to our winter talks at the Sir James Hawkey hall (visitor’s entrance fee is £3, members of National Trust and volunteers get free entry) you may register as a National Trust member at that time and your entrance fee to the meeting will be refunded.
