A tucked-away cottage encompassed by rolling farmland, just a short walk to Coleton Fishacre.Stay on the Coleton Fishacre estate, just a five minutes’ walk to its chic 1920’s house, luxuriant gardens and captivating sea views. You’ll be tucked away from the crowds, overlooking rolling farmland and a large garden shared with the neighbouring cottage, 2 Coleton Barton.
The spacious white-washed cottage has room for four people and one dog. You can pick up a dog walking guide from the main reception to see where’s best to go for walkies. You’ll also have easy access to the South West Coast Path, where you’ll be able to explore the subtropical south Devon coastline.
Hike along the famed English Riviera between the Mediterranean-esque seaside towns of Brixham, Paignton and Torquay. Or walk along the Dart Estuary to Agatha Christie's beloved holiday home, Greenway.

Parking: Parking area is adjacent to the cottages.
Garden: Large enclosed garden which is shared with No. 1 Coleton Barton. It is very safe for children and the sea is just visible in the distance. Wooden garden furniture is supplied.
Utilities: The water is fed from a private water supply which is tested regularly by the local authority. If there is an interruption to the supply bottled water will be supplied.
Mobile reception: There is no mobile reception in this cottage.
Logs: Additional Logs can be pre-ordered upon request for your convenience.

Offers: Guests will benefit from a late Sunday checkout of 4pm at this cottage
Guests will enjoy unlimited access to Coleton Fishacre throughout the duration of their stay. A leaflet with the code to unlock the gate to the gardens will be left on the welcome tray within the cottage.
Guests will also benefit from a discount voucher which can be redeemed at National Trust Shops across the English Riviera.
Guests who bring a dog to this cottage will receive a “doggy bag” with treats for your four legged friend.
