Need to speak to someone?

In line with government advice on the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), we’ve had to temporarily close our holiday operations and central holidays contact centre for the health and safety of our guests and staff.
 

We're currently in the process of contacting all guests impacted by this situation to discuss their options.

If your holiday has been affected by the temporary closure, we ask that you please wait for us to contact you directly. If you’d like to postpone your holiday to a later date, or would like support on claiming on your travel insurance if you choose to cancel, please let our team know when they get in touch with you directly.

Guests with the earliest booking dates will be contacted first. We’ll then continue to contact all guests on a chronological basis based on their booking date.
