About Crockers Cottage

A quiet Devon countryside stay with the gardens of Coleton Fishacre close by.

Crockers Cottage is a recently refurbished former farm cottage near the 1920’s house and exotic gardens of Coleton Fishacre. Located at the end of a quiet, secluded country lane, the cottage is surrounded by rolling farmland, the archetypal Devon setting.

Relax in this quiet corner of countryside before exploring the main house and the luxuriant gardens of the estate. From here you can loop onto the South West Coast Path for a bracing ramble along the famed English Riviera.

Further down the River Dart is Greenway, Agatha Christie's cherished holiday home,. By staying at Crockers Cottage, you are helping keep important local landmarks like Greenway in prime condition.

About the Acorn rating

We have applied a 1-5 acorn rating to each cottage to be used only as a guide that covers location, style of interior and facilities you may be looking for. The range runs from 1 Acorn at a more basic level such as Bird How which due to its stunning yet remote location doesn’t have a caretaker through to 5 Acorns at the highest level – such as Shute Barton.

Cottage pricing is not judged on the Acorn rating alone and as all our cottages are of an individual nature we recommend that all factors are considered when making your choice.
