About Daron

Spread over two floors of Henfaes House in Aberdaron, there’s a sandy beach just outside the door.

Daron is a large, bright apartment located on the second and third floor of Henfaes house in the beautiful seaside fishing village of Aberdaron.

Step outside of the holiday home and you’ll quickly arrive at an impressive sandy beach perfect for paddling and surfing. Cyclists and walkers are also well taken care of with lots of trails nearby.

Further afield, explore the excellent beaches of the Llyn Peninsula, neighbouring Anglesey and the mountains of Snowdonia. If you’re a keen surfer head to Porth Ceiriad and Porth Neigwl for bigger swells.

About the Acorn rating

We have applied a 1-5 acorn rating to each cottage to be used only as a guide that covers location, style of interior and facilities you may be looking for. The range runs from 1 Acorn at a more basic level such as Bird How which due to its stunning yet remote location doesn’t have a caretaker through to 5 Acorns at the highest level – such as Shute Barton.

Cottage pricing is not judged on the Acorn rating alone and as all our cottages are of an individual nature we recommend that all factors are considered when making your choice.
