Butter Hill Barn offers simple, but comfortable, accommodation for up to six guests on the dramatic North Devon coast. Located a stone’s throw from the South West Coastal Path, the barn is ideally placed for exploring North Devon.

For a pleasant walk follow the River Lyn along the stunning East Lyn Valley. At the end of your stroll, stop in at the Watersmeet Tea Rooms for a cup of tea and a slice of homemade cake.

Nearby, Lynton and Lynmouth offer some great local attractions, including the famous cliff railway. And with the Atlantic on your doorstep, surfers are in for a treat. The wide bay at Woolacombe is perfect for learners and pros alike, while the village of Croyde welcomes huge swells into its small beach banked by rocky outcrops.

With the nearby Exmoor Bunkhouse within walking distance, both properties can be booked for larger group visits.
