Darfar is a characterful property sympathetically converted into a comfortable holiday home using traditional building methods. As tasteful as it is peaceful, the cosy cottage offers a welcome break from the hustle and bustle.

Wake up early and enjoy a riverside walk. Explore with lush green grasslands and wildflower meadows, thick woodlands and limestone crags, all features of the beautiful Manifold Valley.  It’s one of the most attractive landmarks in the ‘White Peak’ area of the Peak District.

Birdwatchers will be pleased to know that the popular Derwent Reservoir with its informative visitor centre is just 30 miles from the cottage. While the bustling pottery town of Stoke on Trent is just a 20 mile drive.
