Access: The accessibility guide is for guidance only. For up to date information, please call the team on 0344 800 2070.
Heating: Electric wall panel heating included.
Parking: A fenced parking area is provided for 2 cars.
Cycling: Eyri National Park is a great place to cycle. For experienced riders, the Traws Eryi trail is a 200km off-road adventure route that links up some of the best riding in Snowdonia.
Please Note: Access is through the gate and up a field for approximately 275 metres where livestock graze, so visitors should be reasonably fit and active. The field is unlit so visitors are advised to arrive in daylight and bring a torch with them. Good footwear is advisable.
Due to the walk to the cottage and the stone floors, this cottage may not be suitable for very young children.
The cottage has a private water supply so in prolonged dry spells and in very hot weather, we would politely ask that water is used sparingly wherever possible.
Television: A TV and DVD player are provided but there is no TV reception so guests may wish to bring their own DVDs.
Layout: The double and twin bedrooms are interconnecting. The twin room is very small, one of the beds is 5'6' long and the other is 5' long (instead of the standard 6' long).
Garden: There is a small enclosed garden.
Plastic Free Yr Wyddfa: Plastic Free Yr Wyddfa is an initiative organised by Eryri National Park to protect the mountain’s sustainable future. This cottage, and all National Trust holiday cottages in the national park have been awarded silver status in this plastic-free business programme, and we are making changes to work towards gold status.
